Q. When is the application deadline?
A. Friday 30th March 2012
Q. When will I receive confirmation that my application has been received?
A. Within 48 hours after you have submitted it. If you have not heard anything
after this then email us.
Q. If I want two or more trade stands for different concessions do I have to
fill in two Application Forms?
A. Yes – If you want to request more than one stand for different concessions
then fill out a separate application form for each concession. However, you
can just fill out one risk assessment form for what you are bringing to the
Congress as a whole.
Q. I don’t know what electrical items I need to bring to the Congress;
can I add them at a later date?
A. Yes – We understand that you may not know all the electrical items
that you would like to bring to the Congress at present. We will do an additional
check when you arrive at the Congress if you wish to add any more items. However,
we would ask that you declare as much as possible on the form so we can give
everyone the correct power supply.
Q. I would like a specific stand in the trade show, can I request it?
A. Yes – However it is not guaranteed. The Congress committee will decide
the final layout of the show when all the applications have been submitted.
We will try and accommodate everyone’s request but we are limited on space.
