Day Tickets

Collecting Your Tickets

Our registration desk will be located in the Byre Theatre at the following times:

• 1pm to 5pm on Tuesday 10th July
• 9am to 12 noon on Wednesday 11th July
• 9am to 12 noon on Thursday 12th July
• 9am to 12 noon on Friday 13th July
• 9am to 12 noon on Saturday 14th July

You must check in at our registration desk to collect your day tickets, or registration badge and pack if you have registered for the full week. Please note that you will not be given access to any events or performances until you have checked in. You will be able to pay when you arrive, but there will be a higher fee for this - we strongly recommend that you pay in advance. Copies of the main WSC programme will also be available to buy for day ticket holders.

Reserving Day Tickets

Day tickets are intended for non-saxophonists who wish to attend the WSCXVI, and will give you access to all recitals, lectures, special events, and evening performances. You are more than welcome to buy several tickets for different days, but it you are attending for two days or more we recommend that you register as a general participant to receive the full benefits of registration.

Please note the following important information:

• Before you reserve a ticket, you must register with a Unique ID Number, and use this number in all correspondence and transactions with us.
• Access to all events is on a first-come-first served basis due to the seating capacity of each venue. We recommend you arrive at least ten minutes before each event is due to start to ensure you gain access.
• The WSCXVI schedule will be available on this website during the week of the congress. However, only general participants will receive a welcome pack and programme upon arrival. Register as a general participant here to receive full benefits.
