We are delighted to confirm that the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and the Royal Northern College of Music Wind Orchestra will be performing with the concerto soloists at the WSCXVI. We are honoured to have such acclaimed ensembles at our own wee congress!

REGISTRATION - A FEW REMINDERS!

• Please remember to get a Unique ID Number before paying your registration fee.
• If you are performing or lecturing at the WSC and there is more than one person involved in your presentation, each person has to get their own individual UID Number and must use this when paying their own registration fee.
• Lastly, please note that everyone has to pay their own fee - there is no group fee for an ensemble or duo.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS!

We are looking for volunteers to help with a range of activities at the WSCXVI. You could be involved with stewarding, stage management, technical support, artist management, special event support, and much more!

There are now a limited number of bursaries available for those wishing to volunteer. Please email Mike Brogan at info@wscxvi.com for further details.

Further to our notice last month, this is a friendly reminder to book your University accommodation as soon as possible.

Accommodation in the University Halls of Residence will be open to the public as of Monday 2nd April, and our discount code (WSC2012) will no longer be valid. As a result, the cost of these rooms will go up and spaces will be only be available on a first-come-first served basis. 

There are lots of places you can stay in St Andrews, but if you want to stay in the Halls we recommend you make your booking before the 2nd April 2012.
