St Andrews is situated on the east coast of Fife, Scotland, UK. The town is approximately 50 miles north-east of Edinburgh and 82 miles east of Glasgow. International flights (some via London) are available to Edinburgh Airport and Glasgow Airport from airports around the world, including Europe and North America. Driving to St Andrews from Edinburgh Airport takes about 75 minutes and you should allow two hours to get to Glasgow Airport.

Access by rail is through our local station, Leuchars. From Leuchars you can either catch a taxi or a bus into St Andrews. List of St Andrews taxi firms. Most of the firms offer larger taxis which will be suitable for larger instruments.

Public transportation is available from Edinburgh International Airport to St Andrews.
Take the Stagecoach Jet 747 bus service from the airport to Inverkeithing rail station where you can get a train for Leuchars. From Leuchars frequent buses run into St Andrews or you can get a taxi.
